We finally found it and started to fix it. Our project was to prepare it to welcome people, as an accommodation or as an activities home (games, courses, contact with nature, etc.).. We liked the direction and the microclimate of the area, the unique and well preserved nature (rivers and forests, caves and mountains). This is the site with more caves in Europe. And it is very near the main urban center, 20 minutes from the beaches and 1 hr. from Santander and Bilbao. This beautiful home is the dream of a man that went to America and returned with a fortune. But … we have to move.

We know that this house is worth more than 300 000 euros, but we are willing to sell it by 277 000. We put this price because there are works that should be concluded.
